π¬ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (such as USPS), our responsibility ends. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
If your USPS tracking shows βdeliveredβ but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
Should your package be returned to our facility, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.
π Order Cancellations A purchase cancellation can be executed within a 30-minute time frame from the time of order placement. All transactions become final after the 30-minute cancellation window so they cannot be modified or refunded afterward. To prevent malicious orders and refunds, a 5% processing fee will be deducted for refunds requested within 30 minutes of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
